Soil Testing for an Ash Shara'i Residential Building
Field density and moisture measurement, plate load testing, and soil sampling for laboratory tests.

Project Snapshot
TECHNO Soil Lab performed field soil testing for a residential building under construction in Ash Shara'i, Makkah. The scope covered nuclear field density and moisture measurements for compaction monitoring, plate load testing to assess soil response to load and settlement, and soil sampling for laboratory tests.
Scope of Work
On-Site Soil Testing Scope
The soil-testing scope included nuclear field density and moisture measurements to monitor site compaction. Plate load testing was also performed to record the soil's response to load and settlement, while soil samples were collected for laboratory tests.
Designer and Contractor Shown on the Project Board
The project board identifies a private owner, Oma Engineering Consulting as the designer, and Ivrend Arabia General Contracting as the contractor. TECHNO Soil Lab carried out the on-site soil-testing scope, including field tests and sampling for laboratory testing.
