Commercial Center - Al-Muaisim, Makkah
Backfill layer monitoring via nuclear-method field density and moisture content testing.

Project Snapshot
For a commercial center in Al-Muaisim, TECHNO Soil Lab tracked the site's backfill layers using nuclear-method field density testing, confirming compaction ratio and moisture content before structural work proceeded.
Scope of Work
Compaction Ratio and Moisture Content: Two Inseparable Indicators
Nuclear field density testing measures two interlinked indicators at once: the layer's actual compaction ratio, and its moisture content at the time of testing — each directly affecting the other's reading. At a commercial center in Makkah's Al-Muaisim district, TECHNO Soil Lab tracked both indicators across successive backfill layers before structural work continued, confirming the fill provided a solid, moisture-stable base that wouldn't later shift in volume with groundwater or rainwater fluctuations.
