40-Factory Construction - Sudair Industrial City
Geotechnical soil boreholes, concrete pour monitoring, compaction works, and quality testing.

Project Snapshot
On the 2025 construction of 40 factories in Sudair Industrial City, TECHNO Soil Lab's scope covered geotechnical boreholes, backfill compaction, concrete-pour monitoring, and construction quality testing. The case shows soil and concrete testing coordinated within one program across multiple industrial work fronts.
Scope of Work
A Full Work Cycle for a Large-Scale Industrial Project
The recorded scope links three stages: soil boreholes during foundation investigation, backfill-compaction work, then concrete-pour monitoring and quality testing during construction. With 40 factories involved, identifying each visit location, test type, and work stage was central to coordinating the laboratory program with Labanat Al-Bena Contracting and Al-Jasarah Project Management.
The Role of Soil Boreholes in the Quality Program
The soil-testing contribution began with the geotechnical boreholes recorded in the project scope, followed by backfill and concrete monitoring. This sequence distinguishes pre-foundation ground investigation from construction quality-control tests: each stage answers a different engineering question and produces a separate project record.
