Concrete quality monitoring isn't a single visit at pour time — it's an ongoing program that tracks a project from the first pour to the last structural element handed over. At Awali Front Mall, this program included compaction tests on backfill layers and plate load tests establishing foundation bearing capacity, alongside direct on-site monitoring of every pour — giving the project owner a continuous, documented quality record instead of isolated, disconnected checks.
