Private Residential Plan Approval - Al-Jumum
Wenner-method geophysical survey to determine subsurface layer nature and detect voids or rock layers.

Project Snapshot
For a private residential plan approval in Al-Jumum, TECHNO Soil Lab ran a four-electrode Wenner geophysical survey to determine subsurface resistivity and any voids or rock layers, per ASTM and Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs standards.
Scope of Work
Geophysical Survey: Reading What's Beneath the Surface Without Excavation
Unlike traditional boreholes that require actual drilling, the Wenner four-electrode method measures ground electrical resistivity from the surface, detecting cavities or sudden rock formation changes that a single-point borehole might miss. For the private residential plan approval in Al-Jumum, this survey followed ASTM standards and Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs requirements, giving the municipality a broader picture of ground safety before approving the residential plan.
